Sponsorship Form Payment

• Once you decide to sponsor any event for our FRC
  send in your sponsorship form to our World
  Headquarters.
• FAX [phone]
• MAIL 205 Daingerfield Rd, Alexandria VA, 22314
• Once your form is received you will be emailed an
  invoice within 7-10 days.
• Please send in your payment as soon as possible!
• Any sponsorship form received by our WHQ by Oct.
  2nd will guarantee your company one (1) email
  blast to all registered Region VI members
  attending FRC. Email Blast expires 1159pm
  Friday Nov. 16th

• Depending on how much your company donates to our
  region will determine which sponsorship level you
  fall under
• Give 7500 or more to receive Platinum Status
• Give 6000 or more to receive Gold Status
• Give 5000 or more to receive Silver Status
• Give 3000 or more to receive Bronze Status
• For Government/ Non profit ONLY
• Give 800 or more
• For Colleges/ Universities ONLY
• Give 400 or more

• Need Electricity/ Internet during the career
  fair?

• Need another interview booth?
• Due to space constraints, all career fair
  exhibitors will need to limit themselves to only
  2 interview booths at one time.
• Each additional booth will cost 400. Please
  submit an additional sponsorship form to our
  headquarters

Career Fair Recruiting

• All sponsoring and participating Exhibitors in
  our 2007 Fall Regional Conference held at the
  Microsoft Corporation Convention Center must
  limit their recruiting efforts to NSBE members
  only as requested by the Microsoft Corporation.

Registration Ticket Details

• Please provide a list of company reps who will
  take advantage of our complimentary conference
  registrations by Friday Nov 2nd
• Refer to your specific sponsorship level for more
  details
• Please provide two (2) names of company reps who
  will receive your complimentary graduating
  seniors reception closing extravaganza tickets
  at registration by Friday Nov 2nd
