• Buffet Service-very popular, we strongly
  recommend this. WHY?
• chafing dish is set up to keep food hot
  throughout any function
• guests get more to choose from
• food does not get wasted
• guest have a wider choice of meat such s their
  favourite part of a chicken
• food does not get wasted
• food is garnished and display nicely
• guest can get three different meat dishes if
  they wish
• variety of deserts
• guest can return for second or third helping
• on a buffet we serve up to 1000 guests with the
  same privilege
• Silver Service
• Less food to choose from normally a set menu with
  a choice of one or another where you have the
  service of a waiter or waitress serving you at
  your table. This will normally be a set menu.
  The food is presented in stainless steel Oval
  Dish. The maximum number of guests is 200.
• Plated Service
• Individual meals are plated by the chef from the
  kitchen area and more served to the guest on
  wooden tray by our waiter/waitress. A choice of
  a starter one or two meat accompanied with rice
  or potatoes and vegetables, which is served on
  the side. Your desert will also be plated nicely
  and well garnished. The maximum number of guests
  is 80.
• Social Gathering
• This package is a hot or cold buffet for social
  events where you and your guests stand, eat and
  socialize either day or night. We provide
  chafing dishes, paper napkins and disposal
  utensils this is less cost effective, or china
  crockery and silver cutlery on request.
