• IP header format
• Ethernet address format ARP mechanics
• You will get
• Understanding of the lower levels of the
  networking stack
• Decode IP TCP headers and examine their
  contents
• The ability to sniff your fellow students
  passwords
• You are encourage to work in pairs!

  437 - 440.
• The IP Protocol, pp. 300 - 321.
• The Address Resolution Protocol, pp. 409 - 415.
