• Reinforcement and better focusing of national and
  regional priorities
• Three programmes components Joint Projects,
  Structural Measures, Accompanying Measures
• Joint Projects implemented through calls for
  proposals
• Structural Measures (minimum 33 to maximum 50
  of funding) implemented through calls for
  proposals and through direct support provided to
  Ministries of Education in partner countries
  based on the analysis of local situation and
  needs
• Reinforcement of regional cooperation (thematic
