Court Booking System Overview

• Very easy to use
• just point the mouse at a starting time slot (an
  empty cell)
• Select a court from the list (1-5) and enter your
  opponent info create !
• Access the System (on the internet) from the PC
  (upstairs) or home or work
• 3 Clicks to create, update or delete a court
  its that simple !
• Your ID is easy to remember ltlthidden see
  clubgtgt
• Your initial password is ltlt hiddengtgt change it
  once you log in
• Match Secretary will publish simple rules around
  booking courts
• Report problems via email club_at_bracknelltennis.com
  as first port of call

Provide your login ID and password When using
the club PC only choose Ask me every time
Next - click Login

Im Logged In Now book a court
Click on an empty slot for your Start Time
you can choose the court later. The colour
bars shown are existing bookings see
colour-coding above On the left are examples of
Block bookings and member bookings

Popup Window appears now enter Description
Enter your opponents name or Guest if a
non-member Email ID Enter email and tick
if you want confirmation (optional) Booking Type
- Choose from General, Box League, or
Tournament Court ? Choose from (a list) -
courts 1-5
Create aBooking

Click Create Court Reservation to complete

How to Update or Delete my Booking - example
Court 1 Booking on Weds 11th Nov 2008

• Sign in with your ID
• 2. Click on your booking entry

3. (Window pops up) 4. Update or Delete the
booking as you are shown (opposite) (Here, I
will choose to cancel a booking)
Bookings you made can be updated or cancelled by
you only (plus the Match Secretary as a last
resort)

Its been deleted !
Court cancelled. That slot is now available to
any member to book via the internet
If you do not own the booking you wont be
given the option to Update or Delete it

Court Booking System Summary

• Easy to Use

• You can play on it until Saturday 15th 1pm
• Login as demo and demo dont book anything
  beyond 16th Nov !!
• Your login ID will not be enabled until the 17th
  (thus use demo to play only)
• Your initial password is lthiddengtgt must
  change it once you log in
• Please, please DO cancel bookings (ie in future)
  that you dont need
• Please DO Sign out (Log out) of the system at
  the club PC
• Do check before you make a booking that you are
  signed in as you !
• ALWAYS Check your court is really booked before
  you come to the club (if you can) you mightve
  have booked the wrong date ??

Court Booking System Forgot My Password

• If you have an email address
• Go to the Court Booking System Website
• Enter your login ID
• Click on Lost my password (below the Log In
  button)
• If youve set up an email address in the system
  then it will send it to this email address only
  (you must type the address for verification)
• If you dont have an email address
• Let Paul O or Paul Thirkell know it will be
  reset for you temporarily
