2. Translation of parametric features with

  • because translation system lets CAD system to
    calculate the explicit B-rep geometry.

    and appropriateness of product data combined with
    the timeliness with which those data are provided
    to all the people who need them.
  • But, it is often the case where
  • 3D CAD shape is not used as it is outside the
    originally designed CAD system.
  • Need to optimize the CAD data for each usage.

    readiness of 3D data
