Progression to HE? Diplomas are designed as
multi-purpose qualifications with clear
progression routes to HE and employment. At
level 3, the Diploma will test and develop the
range of academic knowledge and practical skills
necessary to progress to HE Stretch? Diplomas
will include stretch content for the most able
eg options for Level 4 (undergraduate) content
within the Level 3 Diploma Level 3 Diplomas may
include an A level course, or an additional A

(40m). Workforce Well trained motivated staff.
Willingness to take part in functional skills

Guidance Timely impartial IAG on curriculum
choices progression for all YP, supported by
local prospectus. Raise aspirations, encourage
participation and attainment. Clear links to
