Thermal Stress Test

• Warmup began 13 Jan
• Most cassette module heaters started turning on
  about 17 Jan after 1800
• Cold block temperatures rising at about 0.4K per
  hour
• Turned off on 19 Jan at about 1800
• Roughly 38 hours at full heater power of 1.6
  watts per cassette
• Cold blocks averaged about 322K
• Isotherms estimated to reach 325K
• Hybrid assemblies oven cured at 339K
• 8 fiber plug assemblies cleaned at 308K
• Polystyrene deformation temp 355K
• Visual inspection of assembled modules reveals no
  surprises
• Lost contact with 13 heaters and 2 temp sensors
• VLPCs remain sensitive to light
