A Comer! Un Proyecto de la Comida

• Were having a FIESTA! And youre in charge of
  the food. Find out about Spanish and Latin
  American foods so you can serve up some COMIDA
  SABROSA!

First, you and your partners will decide which
Latin American country youd like to explore.
Then, youll have to divide the research among
the group. Two people will research Spain, and
the other two will research the Latin American
country. Youll have to find out about the
locations of the countries, the topography of the
land, the natural resources, and maybe even a
little bit of the countrys history. This
information will help to explain why certain
foods are common in a particular country.

First, youll find info in the library...

• Using the internet, encyclopedias, books, and any
  other resources there. Well spend two or three
  classes doing research, and youll be able to use
  the computers in the lab.

Planning time...

• After youve done your research, youll plan your
  Powerpoint Presentation together in class. This
  will include 8 slides, so youll each prepare 2.

Back to the library

• To create your Powerpoint Presentation.

When finished

• Youll save it to your file on the Public Drive.
• Decide how youd like to present it (who will do
  what in the group).

• Present it to the class when you are scheduled.
