EAME Chapter - Outlook for 2006

• Objectives
• Promotion and education on Statements of
  Principle both internally and externally
• Champion marine mammals/environmental impact
  awareness and education within EAME regions
• Progress in organising and coordinating IAGC
  membership on relevant OGP
• committees
• Establish credible publicly available information
  on marine seismic rate fluctuations through IAGC
• Resolve issue around data ownership and release
  in Norway
• In general retain a robust stance towards any
  initiatives to limit ownership and trading rights
  to contractor library data
• Expected Actions
• Agree and implement information flow from
  relevant OGP committee activity with limited
  actual participation
• Representation to authorities in Norway to remove
  requirements for courtesy data and control
  physical release of data
• Establish protocol within IAGC and assign third
  party to collate and publish market rate data
• Continued active support for Global Step Change
  in Safety Initiative, also with the anticipated
  inclusion of onshore operations within the EAME
  region
