• Scope (how many staff need training)
• Time-frame (how much time have you got to train
  them in)
• Train The Trainer
• Communication between Project Team members
• EUTE Set Up, Material Prep, Pilot Sessions
• Training Invitations
• Training, testing, evaluating
• Go Live Support

• PID inc Training Plan, Scope, Time-Frame etc
• Communicate with the Project Manager.
• Tell them what you need eg more Trainers, more
  rooms, more information.
• When you know the Go Live date, work backwards
  including Training, Material Prep, Pilot
  Sessions, Train the Trainer etc.
• Provide the Project Manager with a Training start
  date.be prepared to negotiate.

• Training must be relevant and comprehensive
• Scenario based.
• CSCA Trainer should have NHS experience.
