unemployed from Partnership area - Partnership established Project Strategy Group
and brought FAS Mandate Trade Union on broad as
key project partners

- Role of Strategy group was to agree the resources
and structure required to deliver the programme - It was agreed that 24 week programme would be
delivered to accommodate 80 participants

- Interview followed completion of this phase
- Acceptance onto 20 week traineeship
- Traineeship comprised of 5 weeks workshop based
training, 5 weeks in-company, 5 weeks workshop
based training and finally 5 weeks in-company - If client successfully completed these stages the
original - conditional letter of offer transferred to an
offer of - employment within the TESCO store.
