STEP 1 The sealed trays are supplied in a single
lane at random to the SEL.
STEP 2 The servo driven carton feeder places a
flat carton sleeve in the staging area.

STEP 3 A vacuum arm pulls the bottom of the flat
sleeve open, holding it fixed for the incoming
tray.
STEP 4 A servo driven lug pushes the tray into
the stationary sleeve.
