XML Conversion Mandate

  • results of BCA for conversion must be reported

  • Identified MIL-STD 81927 as source format for
    Work Package documents
  • Identified MIL-STD 3001 DTD as target format
  • Identified 3rd party conversion software engine
  • Engaged 3rd party developers to create XML
    transformation and PDF XSLT software
  • Processed sample document NAVAIR 16-35T1250-2
    into valid XML
  • Created PDF transform to demonstrate print
    capability
