• Limit global warming to no more than 2ºC
• Stabilise concentrations of green house gases
  well bellow 550 ppm CO2
• Peak within 2 decades
• Global reductions at least 15 and perhaps as
  much as 50 by 2050 compared to 1990 levels
• Developed countries 60 - 80 by 2050 and 15 30
  by 2020
