• This does not mean sameness, but rather embraces
  personal and cultural differences.

  individuals have equal respect, rights, and
  opportunity.
• It asserts that individuals, regardless of status
  or ability, have equal dignity as human beings.

• Caring about and respecting one another.
• For example, a teacher may disapprove of a
  students behavior, but still care deeply about
  him or her, and do everything possible to help
  that person reach goals.

• This basically means encouraging others.
