New Hampshire Running Start Program The New
Hampshire Running Start Program is a unique
higher education initiative for high school
juniors and seniors. Specifically, this program
enables high school students to enroll in
selected college courses offered by the New
Hampshire Community Technical College in
Manchester at a significant reduction in tuition.
There are currently five courses in the Running
Start program Accounting I (L3), Cisco I and
Cisco II, Housing and Interior Design and Child
Development (L3).
