Fund-Raising Procedures
  • Please review to the fundraising guidelines in
    your packet.
  • There are multiple opportunities to raise money
    for the trip. (Please see the timeline of events)
  • If turning in money from multiple sources, please
    use separate checks for each deposit. Please pay
    by check!
  • In order to fundraise, you must sign the
    fundraising agreement. (In your packet)
  • As money is collected, money is sent to World
    Strides and will be credited to your account,
    starting in January, 2010.

Procedures for Signing up for the Trip
  • First, review the information in your packet sent
    by World Strides.
  • Next, sign your child up through
    www.worldstrides.org using the trip ID
  • 27081.
  • (You can also register by phone or mail using the
    form in your information packets)
  • A deposit of 99.00 is required and
    non-refundable (The 99.00 is included in the
    overall cost)
  • Cost of the trip is 993.00 if you sign up by
    October 9th.
  • Registering after October 9th will increase the
    cost up to 1018.00

    and turned in.

    planning on fund-raising.
