• Fill-in Funding Schedule B.3.2
• The Government estimates that each TD contract
  will cost approximately 55-60M.  Funds are not
  presently available for this contract.  See FAR
  52.232-18.  Subject to availability, a total of
  approximately 37M (total) will be funded this
  fiscal year. Of the balance, approximately 73 of
  the balance is expected to be available in FY09

• Days As used in the solicitation, the number of
  days refers to calendar days. Methods of
  establishing events other than calendar days may
  be incorporated prior to award of contracts.
• COR We anticipate that Contracting Officers
  Representatives (COR) will be appointed to

  direction within the scope of the contract and
  accept contract deliverables.

Model Contract

• Prior to close of discussions and request for

• Model contracts will be prepared for each offeror
• Tailored as necessary to incorporate
  offeror-specific items

  rights)
• Following discussions
• Offeror will submit a signed model contract to
  the Government as part of their final proposal
  revision.
• If the offer is selected for award, model
  contract will be signed by the Government and
  becomes the Contract.
