Post-BeamTest Progress on Physics
  • Working from example provided in
  • ORCA_8_4_0/src/Examples/Statistics/ExDSTStatisti
    cs.cpp
  • We expanded this example script to fill ROOT
    branches with RecCollection data.
  • In particular, each new branch in the ROOT tree
    contains data for a particular physics object
    described by the corresponding RecCollection.
  • An analysis class was also created which creates
    TLorentzVector objects from the data contained in
    the branches. Histograms are also filled in the
    class.
  • ExDSTStatistics.cpp contains a large, but not
    exhaustive list of RecCollections one can
    reconstruct from Digis or DSTs. So far, weve
    only looked at a subset of these.
  • Ran over SUSY LM5 digis at UAF.
