On-shelf Hold Expiration Report
  • This report will check for items that have been
    on the hold shelf for too long and expire the
    holds making the items available to fill other
    holds.
  • The report will expire the holds based on a
    pickup date set in the hold record. The pickup
    date is set when the hold becomes available and
    is based on a number of days set in the policy
    file.
  • The hold pickup date can be modified through the
    Workflows client.

Full Birth Date Age Display
  • The full birth date age will be available for
    display in the Display User wizard, Display User
    helper, Modify User Wizard, Modify User Helper
    and the user record glossary. (Age will appear in
    the Java client only)
  • The age field is a calculated field using the
    users birth date and the current date.
  • The full birth date field will be available as a
    selection option in reports that previously
    selected on birth year.

  • This report will print all circulation notices
    (bills, holds overdues) on one notice (similar
    to circulation mailer) and send them via email
    only.
  • The operator may configure the notice header, a
    header for each notice type and a footer.
