- Student obtains the College Applications
- Call or Write the college directly
- Download application from the colleges website
- Pick up a Current application from Guidance or
Career Center if available - Apply online at the colleges website
- Use the Common Application if applicable

- Must be turned in to allow MHS to send out the
transcript and academic records - Parents must sign if student is under 18 yrs. Old
- Official SAT scores must be sent directly by the
College Board to the colleges/universities

- Letters of RecommendationStudents Should
- Talk with Teachers, Counselors or others ASAP to
secure letter - Give them at least 3-4 weeks to write the letter
- Create the Student Brochure for Teachers
