To Insert a Picture

• Click Insert?Picture
• Choose From File or Clipart
• The picture will insert where your curser is
  blinking

To Move a Picture Once Inserted

• Double click the picture. This will open up the
  Format Picture dialogue box.
• Click the layout tab
• Choose any wrapping style besides In line with
  text
• The picture can now be moved around the page

The Picture Toolbar

• If not showing click View?Toolbars?Picture

To Insert Word Art

• Click the Insert WordArt Button
• Choose a style from the Word Art Gallery
• Choose a font and font size if needed
• Change fill line and shadow colors if needed
• Right click?Format WordArt

To add an AutoShape

• Click AutoShapes on the Drawing
  Toolbar
• Choose your shape
• You can change the formatting of the AutoShape by
  double clicking it
• Notice that you can fill an AutoShape with color,
  designs, and pictures

To Insert a Diagram

• Click the Insert Diagram or Organizational Chart
  icon
• Choose the appropriate diagram
• Add text where appropriate, and use the
  Organizational Chart toolbar (that automatically
  appears) to add shapes to the diagram or to
  change the layout of the diagram.
