actions. Prepared by KO - upon receipt of appropriate

contract award. Must be - signed by KO and funding provided
before contract can be awarded - by German Government Construction
Authority (GGCA) - ABG 5

- Contracting Officer (KO)
- - Responsible for identifying special
scheduling and security requirements - during the design phase (in conjunction
with the RA) - - Ensure requirements are addressed in the

proposed awardee - - Provide surveillance on a periodic basis
