• More public education as opposed to more prisons

• Training for Judiciary on impact on victims
• Identifying skills requirements e.g. Drs, Social
  Workers, Psychologists -Broadband salary scales
• Creation of upward mobility for professionals
• Sharing of intelligence to improve capacity
• Review Public Service Regulations
• Identify and determine new policing methods
• NPA/SAPS to align the setting of targets e.g.
  arrests by SAPS

• Fora need to be used more often for intelligence
  sharing
• Specialization important for upward mobility
• Role of Communication promote good stories
  about society
• Employ Law graduates /paralegals to take SAPS
  statements
• Filter cluster information to all Deptal levels
• Action plan to be drafted for Implementation of
  above resolutions!
