• Spot tuckpoint all masonry.
• Caulk all appropriate areas including window and
  door frames.
• Clean all masonry.
• Waterproof all masonry per manufacturers
  specifications.

• Secure all loose trim, fascia and siding.
• Stain all wood trim, fascia and siding (church

• Repair all downspouts.
• Adjust roof drip edge.
• Clean and seal all rain gutter seams.
