  be applied effectively in promoting international
  collaboration on human and robotic missions to
  the Moon and Mars
• Identify positive and negative aspects of those
  models in terms of program sustainability and
  affordability from the perspective of each
  participant in the breakout session

• What kinds of things do partners expect to
  contribute to or receive from a cooperative
  exploration mission?
• What role should government, industry and
  academia take in forming and implementing
  international cooperative efforts?
