  • Roadblocks Identified
  • Not being able to resolve a comment or
    disapproval
  • An entity who does not participate decides to
    later comment, halting the process.
  • Set criteria to be a voting member
  • Trying to meeting voting percentage.
  • Perhaps include a report that shows balloting
    percentage. This may help clear roster.
  • If they dont participate, they loose voting
    privileges.

  • The process is not descriptive when it comes to
    approval with comments.
  • Ability to extract text from ballot comments.
  • Balloting (for comment) document to other
    committees.
  • Confusion in direction for comment only ballot
  • Ability to retain archived info to use for future
    revisions.

    retired. Can use SAE disclaimers.

  1. Some people are trying to match the formatting
    and holding up the process-they are spending too
    much time on formatting issues.
  2. Some comments do not apply to spec.
  3. Confusion between editorial or technical. Who
    makes that decision? Does the sponsor resolve?
  4. Definitions of I or T comments on each ballots.
