• Congregations are often willing and able to
  identify as sin the outward moral actions of
  adultery, fornication, uncleanness,
  lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, murders,
  drunkenness, and revellings, and to discipline
  those who practice such things.

  identify and discipline the sinful actions of
  hatred, strife, jealousy, wrath, rivalry,
  dissensions, factions, and envyings. These sins
  are often allowed to fester in a congregation
  until they tear the congregation apart.
