WHAT IS
BLADDER CANCER
Bladder cancer is a type of cancer that forms in
the tissues of the bladder, which is the organ in
the pelvis responsible for storing urine. It
often starts in the cells lining the bladder and
can cause symptoms such as blood in the urine,
frequent urination, and pain during urination.
