1) Psychoanalysis Theory
Psychoanalysis theory, refer as the historical
perspective, has its roots in doctors or
psychologist, who believed there have been
unconscious forces that drive behavior. The
techniques or methods he developed, like free
association (freely talking to the therapist or
psychologist about no matter comes up without
censoring), dream analysis (examining dreams for
necessary info regarding the unconscious), and
transference (redirecting feelings regarding sure
individuals in ones life onto the psychologist)
is still used by psychoanalysts
nowadays. Counseling uses this theory to train or
instruct counselors, and its embedded throughout
the counsellor coaching method. In general,
psychologist and counsellors who use this
approach direct abundant of their focus and
energy on analyzing past relationships and, in
specific, traumatic childhood experiences in
relation to a persons current life. The belief
is that by revealing and transferral this problem
to the surface, treatment and healing will occur.
This theory is extremely researched, and because
the field of neuroscience advances, counselors
are finding that psychodynamic theory will really
positively affect a clients brain. Psychodynamic
theory is often longer intensive compared to some
short-term theories because it involves changing
deeply established behaviors and needs important
work on understanding ones self.

2) Behavior Theory
Behavior theory focuses on stimulus-response
behaviors. As per this theory, all behaviors are
learned through interactions with the atmosphere
or environment. The behaviorist theory in skilled
settings refers to the environment as stimuli and
also the person's behavior because of
response. The psychologist Ivan Pavlov
discovered the affiliation between a stimulus and
a response. Two stimuli link along and result in
a learned response in an individual or animal.
Classical conditioning like this is a prevailing
theme within the behaviorist theory of
psychology. There are two units or forms of it
classical conditioning and operant
conditioning. Classical conditioning is a
phenomenon whereby people or individuals learn to
respond or retort through sensory observation or
continual patterns. There are phases of
classical conditioning. within the acquisition
phase, a stimulus is continual. Then, there's an
unconditioned stimulus.  In the case of Pavlov,
he executed a famous study using dogs, which
focused on the effects of a learned response
(e.g., a dog salivating once hearing a bell)
through a stimulus (e.g., pairing the sound of a
bell with food).

social context of human behavior. Reality therapy
is a client-cantered type of cognitive-behavioral
psychotherapy focusing or specializing on
improving present circumstances and relationships
whereas deterring discussions of past events. It
encompasses selection Theory, which focuses on
the ability of people to control their behaviors.
This counseling and guidance approach
acknowledges not all aspects of life are within
ones power to change, nevertheless, we have a
tendency to still face opportunities and respond
rationally or without. Reality therapy helps
people learn to take control of their lives by
enhancing their ability to create meaningful and
helpful relationships. This current day, the
non-symptom-focused approach requires the
counselor to take care of a friendly, positive,
non-judgmental role. Reality therapy promotes
every individuals responsibility for their
actions whereas serving them learn to make
decisions that are in line with the visions they
need for their lives.

varied elements of various theories into the
practice. In additionally to traditional talk
therapy, holistic therapy could embrace
non-traditional therapies like hypnotherapy or
guided imagery. The keys to using the techniques
and psychotherapy tools best suited for a
selected consumer and problem.

5) biological Theory
The biological theory was, for the most part,
brought to the beginning via the studies of the
biologist scientist Charles Darwin consistent
with this specific psychological theory, genes,
deoxyribonucleic acid, and different hereditary
factors have a way on human behavior. The
biological theory asserts that the majority of
behaviors square measure hereditary and formed by
adaptation to one's external surroundings. Neurol
ogy conjointly plays a task within the biological
perspective of science. consistent with studies,
however, an individual's brain is structured and
shares connections to numerous subsequent
behaviors. this is often particularly seen in
people United Nations agency square measure
enduring varied atypical psychological state
problems or disorders. varied mental disorders
nearly always go with symptoms that square
measure abnormal as compared to most people. In
psychology, the biological theory will be
terribly advantageous within the field of
addressing psychological state problems and
disorders. However, critics might differ with the
concept that the majority of human behaviors
square measure merely hereditary. queries can be
raised relating to power and whether or not or
not individuals have the ability to behave in
ways that are contrary to what's determined in
their external environments.
