These two terms Notarized OR registered Rent
Agreement cause confusion for a lot of
individuals. Usually, after creating the rent
agreement, the following step is deciding
whether to have i t registered or attested by a
notary public.

AGREEMENT?
A rent agreement is a contract between an owner
and a tenant that specifies the terms and
conditions under which the property will be
rented, as set forth by the Indian government
but you should know which type of rent agreement
you really need.

NOTARIZED OR REGISTERED RENTAL AGREEMENT? In

valid. After creating the rent agreement, you
