Optometrist telling you that a good night sleep

Well, Uptown Eye Care are here from Mississauga,
to disagree and bust your myth. Sleeping is a
very important function of human health and
without a REM cycle, human body does not
rejuvenate amicably. If you go without sleep for
eleven days, you die! We have lined out a couple
of our favorite points from Eye Care Center for
you to consider regarding sleep patterns!

Adrenal Fatigue So what is adrenal fatigue?!
Simply put your adrenal gland that is responsible
for health, vitality and general well being of
yourself become exhausted when you are not
sleeping enough.
REM Sleep What is REM sleep? REM stands for
rapid eye movement. So the person, while
sleeping, will go into REM cycle that is the time
where you have dreams. All Optometrists will tell
you the longer your REM cycle is, the healthier
you will wake up.

Benefits of a good nights sleep! There are many
things that make a good nights sleep one very
good idea. A good night sleep will give your
body a chance to heal! Your body heals itself and
fixes small issues while you are sleeping. That
is why you wake up fresh! A good nights Sleep
will increase your emotional well being!
Optometry tells us that when you have had a
good nights sleep, your body will rejuvenate and
your mind will de-stress itself.

Always drink a glass of water before you go to
bed! Have you ever noticed, when you wake up you
are always thirsty? That is because your body
uses all of its water in cleaning and
rejuvenation tasks. The best glass of water that
you will have is the one you drink before going
to bed. This water will be used to clean your
liver and your kidneys.
