Joel Iwataki is a famed music composer
acknowledged for his unmatched skills to record
and mix music. He has recorded and mixed a number
of tracks so far and most of them have turned out
to be hit numbers.

Joel Iwataki was born in 1951 in New York City.
At an early age of 19, he left his school to
become a commercial fisherman. He is an
accomplished composer as he has won 2 Academy
Awards for Music scoring mixer. The two scores
are the red violin (1998), and Frida (2002).

Joel Iwataki has mixed and composed music and he
has learned a number of music related techniques
from leading composers and mixers. He believes
that his learning from the legends have made him
a leading music composer.

the major accomplishments include THE BOOK OF
HENRY, 2016 ROGUE ONE A STAR WARS STORY which
was selected for Cinema Audio Society Award for
Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing for 2016,
ALLEGIANT, THE LIGHT BETWEEN OCEANS, STAR TREK
BEYOND, THE SECRET LIFE OF PETS, ZOOTOPIA which
was also selected for Cinema Audio Society Award
for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing for
2016.
