Tyler Herbst (Baseball) has worked with a wide
diversity of individuals, groups and communities.
Tyler Herbst employs effective behavior
management techniques, team dynamics and group
learning to improve the efficiency of the team.

In addition, Tyler Herbst maintains effective
communication, organizes activities and gives the
team instructions to maintain focus.

Tyler Herbst (Baseball) completed his BS in
Physical Education from Lincoln Memorial
University, TN, from 1998 to 2000. Additionally,
he has volunteered for Athletes in Action summer
collegiate as baseball league assistant coach in
Fairbanks, Alaska and as Eugene Pate, American
Legion coach in Evansville, IN.

As an assistant baseball coach and hitting
infield coach, Tyler Herbst assisted with all
components of student-athlete recruitment. He has
been the focal person for contacting the team,
marketing, and fundraising.

Tyler Herbst has supported all facets of the
direction of the baseball program. Tyler Herbst
has led the organization and implementation of an
alumni fundraiser and raised 12K.

Tyler Herbst (Baseball) maintains fairness and
consistency when working with students to boost
their morale. He has a habit of updating accurate
records and has an understanding of supervising
fundraising activities. In addition, Tyler Herbst
has excellent skills in coaching and motivating
athletes to improve their performance in the game.
