Tyler Herbst followed his passion for sports and
completed his bachelor degree in physical
education from Lincoln Memorial University in
2000. In addition, he has a history of working in
various academic settings as a coach and
coordinator.

Tyler Herbst encourages working with local
coaches to design traditional program
celebrations and fun and meaningful incentives.
Tyler Herbst provides a positive example for all
participants in each program on safety,
professionalism, and adherence to the stated
rules.

Tyler Herbst assists with creating camp schedules
and activities and explain procedures to other
staff members, including instructors, interns,
and seasonal staff.

Tyler Herbst coordinates with the coaching staff
regarding field management planning. He can
manage and lead others, train and teach delegate
responsibilities and ensure that staff members
meet expectations and comply with organizational
policies and behavior.

Tyler Herbst has strong organizational and time
management skills and a demonstrated ability to
carry out tasks in a reliable, productive and
practical manner and adhere to strict guidelines.
In addition, he can prioritize and manage
multiple projects.

Tyler Herbst has been awarded ABCA/Baseball
America NJCAA Division 1st assistant coach of
the year in 2019. Tyler Herbst volunteered for
various organizations, such as Miracle League
Volunteer (baseball for kids with special needs),
Little Rock and Race for the Cure.
