About Us At Pups Yoga the team cares about
well-being and mental health. They are passionate
about pets and taking care of our physical and
emotional well-being, which is why they created
Pups Yoga. They wanted to create an experience
that combines movement and mindfulness, whilst
gaining the very-real benefits that petting
animals delivers. The dog yoga class is great
for the pet lovers and a little bit of yoga for
the dogs. There's only so much you can do with
the lovely dogs because they come in so many
different sizes and temperaments. You will find
that some of the dogs will spend the whole class
roaming the yoga studio, as there is an emphasis
on the union between participants and dogs.

Benefits For Our Pups All of our pups come from
trusted breeders that we work closely with. Its
important for puppies to interact with humans
from a young age, to help develop their
confidence. Pups Yoga is the perfect, relaxing
environment for this! By introducing them to
lots of new things at a young age, you're
building up their bank of experiences which will
better prepare them for unknown situations in the
future. This helps them become a healthier,
happier dog!

Why we created Pups Yoga The past year hasnt
been the easiest. We have all had to endure a
particularly isolated time and one with minimal
interactions leaving us all lacking that much
needed seratonin! For myself and Babs, it has
also been a challenge. Since getting COVID 18
months ago, I have struggled a lot with what has
become to be known as Long Covid, and Babs
health has also suffered. During this time I was
unable to train as I would usually like, and so I
discovered yoga. Whilst definitely not being the
most flexible, I have gained untold satisfaction
from regular practice and it has had such a
positive influence on my physical and mental
health. As huge puppy fans (we are looking to buy
soon!) we decided that why not combine our
biggest hobbies, puppies and yoga! It was from
this that Pups Yoga was born.
