vital that one exercise in the winter months. We
are exposed to more stress and less sunlight
during these months, affecting our mood and
concentration levels. On the other hand, exercise
can lower blood pressure and increase serotonin
levels in the brain, which helps with depression
and anxiety. It also has been proven to boost the
ability to focus and increase its overall levels
of energy.
