• Fortress Portal is an assigned "The travel
  industry city of Uganda", situated in the Western
  Region of the nation. It is the seat of both
  Kabarole District and the Toro Kingdom. Fort
  Portal is situated around 180 kilometers (110
  mi), north-west of Mbarara, the biggest city in
  the Western Region.

  houses three establishments of higher learning.

  University, a private college, is situated in the
  city center. Also situated inside the city is the
  fundamental grounds of best cities in Uganda
  Pentecostal University, a private college
  subsidiary with the Pentecostal Movement.
