program. This program is for B. TECH, M. TECH
passed outs, it covers all the very important
core topics required for an entry level engineer
to become a professional engineer. This program
ensures to inculcate knowledge to the students
in management levels about NDT, QA/QC, TOTAL
QUALITY MANAGEMENT, LEAD AUDITING, DESIGN, POWER
PLANT working, operation, maintenance,
etc. After completion of the course the student
is perfectly industry ready and will be able to
work in any field with confident and earn good
salary. The duration of Post-graduation in
Industrial engineering management course one
year. The student will be trained theoretically
and also practically with internship in a reputed
industrial unit. The student of this course
gains knowledge in the areas of design,
improvement, installation, and management of
integrated systems, material, and
equipment. Graduates of the program will be
professional engineers with thorough knowledge in
the areas related to core fields. They will be
able to manage and administer large technical
engineering and research projects. The trained
professional will acquire skills in solving the
problems that an Industrial Unit faces from
inception to implementation and management. The
trained person will be a trouble shooter and
much valued engineer in the Unit.

Program Process of Training Theoretical Theory
part of the process is explained to the student
by referring to the standard text books on the
subject matter. We take extensive care in
presenting the subject in a lucid manner in
simple and straight words. Student is put to ease
as we use a combination of English and local
languages as medium of teaching. Practical We
have state of art equipment in our lab. The
subject learnt in theory classes will be
absorbed in a better way by practically involving
in the process with the help of modern equipment
made available to the student. Student enjoys the
process of learning with his hands on the tools
and equipment.

Industrial visit We take the student on tour to
the industrial unit to let him have a feel of
his future job situation. We strongly believe in
the adage seeing is learning. When the student
observes the process and behavior of the work
force, he gains confidence and psychologically
prepares himself to face the demands of his
prospective job. Internship This is the prelude
to the real job. Student is provided with an
opportunity with on job training. The student
actually executes the job under the direct
supervision of the seasoned technician at the
Unit. If the management of the Unit where the
student is given internship satisfies with the
performance of the student, he stands every
chance to get absorbed there as a regular
employee. Duration 1 year (9 months class room
training 3 months internship)
