  • Being inside the walls of the Rishikesh Yoga
    Vedanta Mandiram brings about a sense of peace
    and love for life. Asanas are one of the
    important aspects in Yoga. Asanas prepare the
    physical aspect for further advanced Yoga
    practice. Prana is the bio energy which is the
    life force which provides existence to any living
    thing. Ayama is the regulation of the breath.

    the purification of the body. It provides one
    with the space for self-reflection and
    inspiration. The daily duties of the residents
    and helpers of the ashram are within themselves
    an inspiration for the students since it shows
    the harmony that can be applied in the real
