    how to eat less when you cannot control your
    tongue?
  • Well, this indeed is one of the biggest
    challenges that people face when they are trying
    to lose weight.
  • But, if planned properly, you can control your
    eating habits.

  • As a renowned Black Dietitian, I have come up
    with various techniques to help you stop eating
    too much. Here are those
  • Eat A Lot of Protein for Breakfast
  • A lot of people are prone to eat snacks after
    breakfast.
  • But if you eat a big amount of meal in the
    morning as a breakfast meal and add protein to
    it, then you dont really feel hungry throughout
    the day or at least till the time you are going
    to have your lunch.

  • Serve Yourself At Least 20 less
  • I know you cant possibly measure the food but
    yes you got to make sure that you eat lesser
    amount of food than you used to.
  • This is important because once a habit is formed
    it is going to be useful for the rest of your
    life.
  • And when you serve lesser amount of food, you
    dont realize that you are eating less.

  • Use Small Plates
  • When you are serving food, make sure you use
    smaller plates.
  • A big plate and a small amount of food make it
    look like a skimpy meal and you wont be
    satisfied with the same.
  • But a small plate will not let you feel that
    way. The plate will look full and you wont even
    notice that you are eating less.

  • Keep Snacks Out Of Your Sight or Probably Out Of
    the Building
  • And no! I am not even kidding. Keep all the
    unhealthy snacks out of your sight completely.
    When you see something, you get the tendency to
    eat the same much more than normal situations.
  • Eat Fruits Twice a Day
  • Fruits are really good for health and you should
    eat fruits twice a day. Also, if you eat fruits,
    your unnecessary craving for snacks between meals
    will vanish too. The carbs that are found in
    fruits are good ones so chill.

  • We all have food cravings in between our meals.
    And we do take a bite or two when it comes to
    snacks.
  • But it is important when you are grabbing a bite
    in between your meal, make sure its healthy.
  • The best options can be protein-packed snacks or
