Types of Cards

• Cards can be primarily classified on the basis of
  their usage and payment, into Debit cards and
  Credit cards.
• Usage of debit/credit cards has seen an increase,
  thanks to demonetization and the resulting
  emphasis on moving towards a cashless and digital
  economy.

Debit Cards offered by Vijaya Bank

• Platinum debit cards - These cards come with
  higher transactional limits and are open to all
  schemes eligible for debit cards. They are highly
  secured, chip based cards.
• Rupay Kisan card - is an atm enabled debit card
  issued to farmers holding Vijay Kisan card
  account with the bank and is linked to VKC
  account of the customer.
• Rupay Aadhaar card - The Aadhaar enabled Rupay
  debit card is issued to no frill account holders
  of Vijaya bank, who hold financial inclusion
  accounts with the bank.

Credit Cards offered by Vijaya Bank

• Visa Global Chip Credit Card - issued to account
  holders of Vijaya Bank, the card is a highly
  secure chip based card, issued in association
  with VISA International and is valid Globally.
  The card is available for both corporate and
  individuals.
• Visa Classic Chip Credit Card - issued to both
  individual and corporate Vijaya bank account
  holders. The card is issued in association with
  VISA International and is valid Globally. The
  card carries instant cash withdrawal facility up
  to 50 of the card limit with a maximum of Rs
  25000/-

Other Card related services offered by Vijaya Bank

• RuPay Pay secure - Payment service that allows
  Vijaya Bank customers to use their Vijaya Bank
  RuPay Debit cards for online shopping. Customers
  need to register their mobile number through any
  Vijaya Bank ATM and then proceed for RuPay Pay
  Secure registration to use their cards online.
• Vijaya Bank Gift cards - These are prepaid cards
  wherein a stipulated amount is loaded on to the
  card. These cards are issued to Vijaya Bank SB
  account holders who have held an account with the
  bank for atleast 6 months, but the ultimate
  beneficiary need not be a Vijaya Bank account
  holder. These cards are valid only in India and
  can be redeemed only at POS.
• Credit card customer portal - customers can
  generate their own credit card pins, green pins
  by accessing the portal.
