Gift Cards

• Gift cards are prepaid cards in which stipulated
  amount is loaded and can be used only for swiping
  at merchant establishments.
• Vijaya Bank gift cards can be loaded one-time and
  are valid only in India.
• Gift cards can be used either by the purchaser
  directly or can be gifted, wherein the recipient
  can use the card.
• The ultimate beneficiary of the gift card need
  not be a account holder of the bank.

Gift Card Application Procedure

• Interested customers need to submit Gift card
  application form prescribed by the bank.
• Payment of Gift cards is done only via accounts
  and cash payment is not accepted.
• Gift cards are issued to Vijaya Bank customers
  who have successfully maintained SB/Current
  accounts with the bank for a minimum period of 6
  months.

Gift Card Validity Use

• Gift cards are valid only in India.
• These cards are valid for 1 year from the date of
  activation.
• Gift cards can be redeemed only at merchant
  locations by swiping the card.
• Gift cards are not valid for cash withdrawals at
  ATMs.
• Gift card balance can be known at ATMs by using
  the balance enquiry option or by calling the
  customer care number of the bank.
