• Our shoulders and neck are formed by bones,
  muscles, arteries, nerves, veins, ligaments and

  wherein a disk is not in its proper place. It can
  be because of natural aging that causes the disk
  to degenerate or can be because of an injury. The
  disk that was out of place can put pressure on
  the nerves in the spine that may result from
  pains in the shoulder and neck.
• 2. Bone spurs Bone outgrowths or bone spurs are
  severe cases of degeneration. This happens when
  some small bones grow in the spine. These bone
  outgrowths may irritate the nerves in the spine
  and may cause pain not just in your neck and
  shoulder but can also be in the arms.
