S Venkat Founder Director Joint Head - Client
Delivery
S Venkat is a qualified Chartered Accountant,
Cost Management Accountant and Risk Manager by
qualification and an entrepreneur and category
creator by vocation. S Venkat is co-founder of
MyCFO, India's largest and fastest growing
service provider of CFOing and finance
effectiveness solutions. At MyCFO, S Venkat has
built and led a team of 130 persons in 7 cities,
been involved in CFOing mandates at over 200
clients and with over 35 funds. S Venkat
motivation is to leverage skills in the Finance
and Accounts domain to assist Business Owners and
investors to scale up and monetise their
businesses. He has worked with Promoter groups
and managements across industry verticals,
business sizes, stage of growth and seen a
variety of business and finance situations.
Prior to starting up MyCFO, S Venkat was Director
- Finance and Corporate Affairs at the India
subsidiary of Hines, one of the largest privately
held real estate developers in the work. He has
also been CFO at the India subsidiary of Aon, the
word's largest re-insurance broker. S Venkat did
his articleship and early career at
Pricewaterhouse Coopers, the world's largest
professional services firm

Deepak Narayanan Founder Director Head Business
Development
Deepak is Qualified Chartered Accountant and runs
MyCFO, India's largest and fastest growing CFO
services brand. Deepak has worked with Deloitte
and Ernst Young in Bangalore and Mumbai. During
his stint with these firms, He has consulted
companies like Unilever, ITC, Sanofi Aventis,
Western Union, Titan Industries, Schreiber group,
Syngenta, Solvay Pharma amongst others. In
addition to his other responsibilities, Deepak
leads Strategy, Business Development, Branding
and Public Relations functions at MyCFO. Deepak
has been at the forefront in popularizing the
concept of CFO services in India and in the
concept gaining widespread acceptance amongst
CEOs, Promoters, investors, CFOs, media amongst
others. Deepak is a blogger, contributes articles
on a regular basis to leading publications, part
of NEN, Gen Next Ventures, CIIE as a mentor, well
read, enjoys traveling, watching sport and
meeting new people.

Ramnath S Executive Director Lead CFO Partner
Ramnath (Ram) is a Qualified Chartered Accountant
and a Certified Internal Auditor from the
Institute of Internal Auditors, USA. Ram brings
with him over 30 years of experience having
worked in leading corporations like BASF, ILFS,
Fujitsu ICIM (now Zensar Technologies) and Rallis
India. Ram has been with BASF, since 1996 and
held various positions including CFO at BASF
India Limited till 2010, Director Finance and
Controlling at the regional HQ based at Hong Kong
for 3 years and finally Managing Director at BASF
Lanka. Ramn was also a Director on the Board of
various companies of BASF in India. He has been
involved in various capacities ranging from
Supply Chain Management, Information Technology,
Corporate Strategy, Business apart from leading
the Finance function for most part of his
career. Ram has keen interest in sports. Apart
from cricket, he loves basketball which he played
during his school days. Weekend trekking is
another area of interest. He also generally likes
to try different cuisines and has good ear for
music. Recently he has also taken liking to
Golf. Ram is Executive Director and Lead CFO
Partner at MyCFO. Ram is a key member of MyCFO's
Leadership team and leads the Finance
Effectiveness practice wherein he works with
CFO's and Finance teams of Mid to Large
corporates in improving the effectiveness of the
Finance function across a spectrum of industries.

Amit Modi Senior Vice President Joint Head -
Client Delivery
Amit is an associate member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India, has been a rank
holder in Chartered Accountancy. He is also a
Charter-Holder of the CFA Institute, USA. Amit
carries a total post-qualification experience of
14 years in the Finance Accounts domain. Prior
to joining Wealthtree, Amit was associated with
Indian media conglomerate Zee, as General Manager
- Finance Accounts of their print media
division, DNA. He has earlier handled multiple
leadership roles at Tata AIA Life Insurance as
Asst. Vice President - Finance Accounts and
with Aon Global Insurance Services as Manager -
Finance Accounts. At the start of his career,
he had done a stint with PriceWaterhouseCoopers
and was part of the firm's team at Hindustan
Unilever.

Amit Modi Senior Vice President Joint Head -

In his current role, Amit co-heads Delivery at
MyCFO and has been actively involved as CFO of
companies across ownership types ranging from
Family Owned and Managed Businesses, Private
Equity/ Venture capital backed ventures and
companies run by Technocrat promoters. Amit's
expertise lies in managing investor relations,
presenting the company's performance to the
Board, acting as sounding board to promoters and
leading and managing Finance teams across the
companies that he manages.

Vijay Krishnamurthy Executive Director Lead CFO
Partner
Vijay, a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary
and a Law Graduate, has 30 years of operational
and strategic experience in Finance, Taxation,
Corporate Structuring, Legal and Secretarial
functions with oversight responsibilities for
other departments such as facilities and
procurement. He has worked with companies across
Industry segments (Engineering, FMCG, Pharma,
Biotech and IT), sizes and formats (Large, listed
Indian, MNCs, JV's and Start ups), such as
Smartplay Technologies, Tata Elxsi, Advanta India
(formerly ITC Zeneca Limited), VST Industries,
Voltas and Price Waterhouse in the course of his
career. Vijay brings with him extensive
leadership experience and has spent a significant
part of his career in the IT industry as CFO
Company Secretary and Legal Head. Vijay is the
India correspondent of the Bulletin of
International Taxation, Netherlands, part of the
reputed IBFD group of publications and has
written extensively on international taxation and
corporate laws in various journals. As guest
lecturer at various management schools and
professional institutes, he enjoys sharing his
knowledge and experience with students and young
entrepreneurs. An avid historian of Carnatic
Music, Vijay is also an ardent Indologist in his
spare time. Vijay is a key member of MyCFO's
Leadership Team. As Executive Director and Lead
CFO partner (South), he leads the Business
Development, Brand Building and managing client
relationships in the South. He works with CEOs,
Promoters, CFOs and Finance Teams to improve the
effectiveness of the Finance Function across a
spectrum of multiple industries, ownership types
and sizes.

Tapishnu Chaudhuri SVP and Senior CFO Partner
Tapishnu is qualified Chartered and a Cost
accountant by profession with 16 plus years of
progressive experience, Tapishnu is an extremely
high-energy, strategic and innovative leader, who
leads by example. He has consistently produced
strong results throughout his career with a high
degree of integrity, dedication and organized
communication skills. Tapishnus specialties
include a deep understanding and knowledge of
global businesses across Manufacturing,
Insurance, Real estate and BPO domains and
setting up to start-up ventures and next it to
the next level After having articled from
PriceWaterhouse as a part of his training for a
period of 3 years from 1994, he have been
associated with several fortune 500 companies
like Computer Associates, AIG, Zenta (An
Accenture Group Company) and Hirco Developments
across various industries like IT, Insurance,
BPOand Real estate in Senior leadership roles
augmenting the business of the organization. In
his last stint, Tapishnu worked as the Chief
Financial Officer of NCO India Private Limited.
Tapishnu has spearheaded two major business
acquisitions in US and Philippines. Tapishnu is
happily married and has a son who is 5 years old.
Tapishnu is extremely passionate towards sports
and actively participated and won laurels for his

Murali R, Vice President Delivery at MyCFO is a
Cost Accountant with 20 years of experience in
the corporate field associated with various
industries viz., telecom (Indus Towers), oil
gas (Cairn Energy), IT software (Cognizant
Technologies), sugar (Thiru Arooran Sugars)
,pharmaceutical engineering. His expertise
includes financial planning, budgeting,
accounting,costing, taxation, fund management,
treasury, cost control, audit,compliance, MIS
reporting, ERP management team development. Has
track record of setting up new teams and
processes in synchronization with organizational
goals and objectives. Proficient in both US GAAP
IAS. Analytical, problem solving and leadership
qualities inherited by delivering solutions in
conjunction with business requirements. Murali
has good inter personal skills allowing him to

Narayan Krishnaswamy Vice President - Client
Delivery
Narayan is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified
Internal Auditor (USA).Narayan brings over 9
years of rich experience on initiatives involving
risk management, corporate governance, MIS
reporting and in carrying out profit enhancements
and internal control reviews. Narayan worked with
KPMG at the firms Mumbai office where he managed
a variety of assignments at Torrent Pharma, Cairn
India, JSW Ispat and Eureka Forbes amongst
others. Narayan also managed the risk assurance
function of Dubai Holding, a large conglomerate
based out of Middle East. At MyCFO, Narayan is a
key member of the Delivery team and works with
companies across different industry verticals,
ownership types and sizes in assisting them to
implement key finance initiatives including
drawing up business plans, month closing,
building MIS and budgets, ERP implementation,
implementing business process improvements

Karthik Narayanan Vice President - Client Delivery
Karthik is a qualified Chartered Accountant with
18 years of post qualification experience.
Karthik is extremely passionate, brings high
levels of energy with an established track record
in successfully partnering with CXO's. Karthik
specialises in Corporate Finance, Leading
organisation wide initiatives, Planning,
Budgeting, Cost optimisation, amongst others
across Industry segments. His last stint was as
CFO of a fast growing Hospitality chain where he
assisted the Founder CEO in helping the company
monetise the valuations. Karthik is a key member
of the MyCFO Delivery team and works with
companies and CEO's in providing CFO services and
with CFO's in improving the quality of the
Finance function. Karthik is also an avid
follower of cricket and is extremely passionate
about the game

Sreejit Nair Vice President - Marketing
Communications
Sreejit has over 6 years of experience in
Marketing Business Development. He leads
Marketing Branding for MyCFO. His role
involves leading and executing marketing
Communication strategy at MyCFO and assists the
Sales division with Lead generation function. At
MyCFO he works on cross functional projects while
conceptualizing and developing appropriate
solutions to increase market share and brand
presence. He is a dynamic, results driven
professional with a flair for commercial decision
making and has sharp business acumen with strong
analytical problem solving skills. Sreejit has
a Master's in Business Administration with
specialization in Marketing and is a Microsoft
certified System Engineer.

Rupaal Achrekar Bhakta Vice President - HR
Rupaal is a post-graduate in HR from Mumbai
University and has rich experience of over 18
years, in Human Resources. She was most recently
with HDIL (large real estate company) as Asst.
General Manager HR since May 2010 where she was
responsible for Strategic HR, including
Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Talent
acquisition, Performance and Potential
Management, Management Training, Compensation and
benefits, Industrial Relations, HRIS, and General
Administration. Prior to working with HDIL, she
has also worked as Corporate HR Generalist with
Saakal, Zicom, Sahara One, Strategicnewspapers.com
and Datamatics. At MyCFO, Rupaal heads the HR
division. She is proficient in Talent Acquisition
and Employee Relations. She is self-motivated,
pro-active and a reliable individual with ability
to perform best in challenging situations. She
