About Leading Concepts
Leading Concept was established back in 1993 as
an organization dedicated in teaching Teamwork,
leadership and communication skills. Our military
background offers framework to bring specialized
military leadership training to civilians teams
and team leaders. We offers training which is
primarily outdoors and learning by doing. We know
what it takes to lead and manage an elite
military team on successful missions against
seemingly overwhelming odds and weve been
teaching these secrets to corporate leaders for
over 20 years. About Dean Hohl Dean has been
leading teams and coaching individuals
professionally since 1993. From 88 92 Dean
served with 3rd Ranger Battalion during which he
helped in the removal of Manuel Noriega in 1989
when he parachuted onto a hostile Panamanian
airstrip.

completed the Ranger Leadership Course. It will
provide you with an extensive review of what was
covered in the Ranger Team Leadership workshop
and teach you to new material such as Be, Know,
Do, Performance Feedback, Leadership
Counselling, and Conflict Management. Once you
successfully complete the Ranger Advanced
Leadership Course youll be able to lead your
team to their highest level of performance

2015 Ranger Leadership Course Workshop

• The Ranger Leadership development workshop is our
  Leadership development workshop. The Ranger
  Leadership Course gives civilians the experience
  of leading their own platoon on missions (this
  is a simulation, there is no hunting or survival
  training). There is the experience of simulating
  an Army Ranger mission and leading a group of
  colleagues and/or strangers in tasks that most
  civilians will never experience.
• In this course, you will be outside your comfort
  zone and spend most of time in the field. While
  most leadership workshops take place in
  classrooms. The Ranger Leadership course is
  based primarily outdoors either at Kentucky /
  Indiana or your location.
• Our Leadership development workshop is available
  in this year 2015
