• Joan Dispenza is the former Head Nurse of the
  Millard Fillmore Hospital Cardiac Care Unit, a
  quality medical institution which was located in
  Buffalo, New York. As the organizations Head
  Nurse, Dispenza provided expert leadership to her
  team, and was responsible for a budget of more
  than 800,000. Joan Dispenza served in the
  position of Head Nurse from 1984 to 1989, shortly
  before becoming the hospitals Director of
  Nursing.

  of 1999 to 2009. In her role as administrator,
  she grew the center into the most profitable
  surgery center in the entire Western New York.

  medical community, and provided exemplary service
  and treatment to every patient.
