  • There are so many exercises across the net that
    health enthusiasts are doing. Today, there is a
    new one called Piyo. The name is unfamiliar but
    when you take a look at the mechanics, it is the
    fusion of pilates, yoga and other exercises that
    are aims to provide a low impact exercise to both
    men and woman. This kind of exercise is
    popularized by Charlene Johnson, who is a dancer,
    choreographer, a well-known celebrity in the US
    and an expert trainer.

    endorser but because of the benefit that can get
    following the routine. Take a look at mechanics
    it encompasses the whole upper and lower body,
    allowing you to get the best shape by performing
    the suggested exercises.

    hamstrings and glutes. These are the area where
    most women do not consider as important, but by
    doing the Piyo work-out you do not have to do a
    separate routine for the lower body as it is
    already included in the workout mechanics. The
    upper body on the other hand aims to strengthen
    and strengthen the torso muscles. For both
    routine, you need to spend a total of 60 minutes
    35 minutes for the upper body and 25 minutes
