  • Zoning is concerned with a set of regulations
    which need to be followed during the use of any
    property if there is any constructional project
    associated. It is now a post requisite to avoid
    any kind of conflict or misunderstanding which
    may occur regarding the construction or the
    ownership of the property in future. With this
    regulation the local government divides any
    territory for different types of uses like
    commercial, industrial, residential or
    agricultural depending on the environment. It is
    done so to optimize the standards and use of the
    property by preserving the characteristics of
    different types of settings.
